Our “Peace of Mind” Estate Plans

Choose the plan that best meets your needs and goals

“Peace of Mind” Will Plan – The “Peace of Mind” Will Plan is our basic estate planning package.  With this plan you decide who the beneficiaries of your estate are, rather than the State.  You can also designate legal guardians for a minor or disabled child.  This plan also allows you to designate who has the right to make financial and medical decisions for you if you can no longer make your own decisions.  This plan is usually a best fit for those who own no real estate and have modest estates.  For more information, click on the link above.

“Peace of Mind” Living Trust Plan – The “Peace of Mind” Living Trust Plan is a comprehensive package that not only allows you to designate who your beneficiaries will be, but allows you to customize how the beneficiaries will receive their inheritance.  The primary benefits of using a Living Trust, rather than a will, is that a Living Trust avoids Probate.  A Living Trust will also generally avoid the need for a court appointed conservator if you become incapacitated. This plan also allows you to designate who has the right to make financial and medical decisions for you if you can no longer make your own decisions.  This plan is usually a best fit for those who own (or are buying) a home or other real estate, but are not concerned about asset protection or estate taxes. “Peace of Mind” Tax and Asset Protection Trust Plan – The “Peace of Mind” Tax and Asset Protection Trust Plan is our premium plan that not only allows you to control who your beneficiaries are, but also allows you to protect their inheritance from lawsuits, creditors and divorces.  In order to obtain the asset protection planning, your beneficiaries will not receive a lump-sum distribution.  Their inheritance will be held In Trust for their benefit for the remainder of their life.  The beneficiary will be in complete control of the trust, but will not personally own the assets.  As such, the property in the trust is protected from their creditors.  This trust also includes estate tax planning provisions to help reduce or eliminate estate taxes.  This plan is usually the best fit for those with significant assets and want to provide asset protection to their children or other heirs.
